FreeSpy provides phone-number information including carrier, line type, registered region and community-sourced spam reports. The Service is provided for lawful, personal and legitimate business purposes only.
2. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Harass, stalk, threaten, defraud or harm any person;
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including privacy, anti-stalking and telemarketing laws;
- Attempt to identify, locate or contact any individual without a lawful basis;
- Make decisions about a consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing or similar purposes (the Service is not a consumer reporting agency and its data may not be used for any purpose covered by the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws);
- Scrape, copy, or resell data from the Service except as permitted by a written agreement (such as our API plan);
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
Information provided through the Service is derived from third-party numbering-plan data and voluntary community reports. It may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You should not rely solely on the Service for any important decision.
4. Community reports
Spam and "not spam" reports are submitted by users and reflect their opinions, not verified facts. We are not responsible for the accuracy of community-submitted content and may moderate or remove reports at our discretion.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Paid plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee as described on our pricing page. Prices may change with notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics and logos, is owned by FreeSpy and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
7. Third-party links and advertising
The Service contains advertising and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of any third party. Your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and that third party.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeSpy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeSpy from any claims, damages or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeSpy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
